Kessels Museum Foundation is responsible for complying with the "General Data Protection Regulation (AVG)", keeping customer records *) and records for analysis and marketing purposes. Kessels Museum Foundation is responsible within the meaning of the AVG. Kessels Museum Foundation is responsible for all data processing on behalf of Kessels Museum Foundation, including http://www.kesselsmuseum.nl.
Kessels Museum Foundation collects and processes personal data for customer administration, payment collection, performance of agreements, the website, personal marketing and to comply with legal obligations.
The personal data stored by Stichting Kessels Museum are mainly for the execution of the agreement relating to the supply of a product and/or service by Stichting Kessels Museum. Without this provision of data, it is not possible for Stichting Kessels Museum to perform agreements.
Stichting Kessels Museum handles your personal data with the utmost care and makes every effort to store your data securely. Any data breaches will at all times be reported to the Personal Data Authority and to the data subjects whose personal data may have been compromised. In the event of a data breach, Stichting Kessels Museum always takes appropriate measures to ensure the reliability of data processing.
If you believe that your personal data is being used, obtained or stored incorrectly, and it is not possible for you to delete your data despite repeated requests, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority at any time.
The following personal data of yours will be stored by Kessels Museum Foundation:

- For paying and handling invoices: your name, address, postcode and place of residence;
- For sending newsletters: your name, address, postcode, place of residence, telephone number and/or e-mail address;
- for handling enquiries and complaints: your name, address, postal code, place of residence, telephone number and/or e-mail address.

Personal data are never stored longer than strictly necessary and can be viewed, changed and removed by you at any time. If photographs or other images are used which depict natural persons, Stichting Kessels Museum will always first ask permission from the person whose photograph or image is being published. Inspection, modification and removal (including the right to be forgotten) and withdrawal of the given permission is possible by means of an unambiguous statement addressed to info@kesselsmuseum.nl.
Your personal data will be deleted in any case:
- in the case of the performance of the agreement: 5 years after termination of agreements for the purpose of possible future agreements, unless you have given your explicit consent to store the personal data longer or if the data must be kept longer under a legal regulation or provision;
- in the case of the payment and settlement of invoices: 7 years after the payment of the relevant invoice, for the purpose of complying with the legal obligation of the Tax Authorities;
- in the case of dealing with enquiries and complaints: after satisfactory resolution of the complaint;
- in the case of the newsletter: after resignation.
For the proper performance of agreements, Stichting Kessels Museum may use a number of external parties who may also have access to your data. In any case, they will store the data for as long as necessary for the performance of their work. Under no circumstances will the personal data be used for purposes other than the work for Stichting Kessels Museum, unless explicit consent has been requested from the data subject. All external transfers of personal data are subject to Processor Agreements.
A web hosting party is used to host the website/app. Personal data, necessary for hosting the website/app are provided to the web hosting party.
An e-mail service provider is used for the possible sending of newsletters. Personal data for sending the newsletter are provided to the e-mail service provider.

The Kessels Museum Foundation is free to create a blacklist regarding personal data of persons who have seriously betrayed the trust of the Kessels Museum Foundation. The blacklist is kept indefinitely and can only be viewed by a very limited group of board members and the person in charge of volunteer coordination within the Kessels Museum Foundation. The blacklist will be kept, also for future offers of the Kessels Museum Foundation. In any case, persons who, despite repeated requests, fail to meet any of Stichting Kessels Museum's payment obligations will be blacklisted.
